Advocate Piotr Smolarczyk
Piotr is an advocate, entrepreneur and investor.
He used and verified his legal expertise many times in practice while running his own business and investment projects (in particular, in the field of e-commerce, investments in real estate and start-ups). Thus he has a unique perspective taking account of business needs and tax aspects.
Prior to deciding on starting his own law firm Piotr worked since 2006 in English and American law firms where he dealt with new technologies and financial sector enterprises. He advised and gained experience both as part of day-to-day business service and in complex transactions connected with transformations, mergers and acquisitions.
Piotr loves to cook, train boxing and cross-fit in his free time.
